1. Use of excel, Google doc spread sheets, Microsoft dynamics AX  and Google Analytics
2. Type in data and create spread sheets with large numbers of products and research and enter highlights or product descriptions for Front End web design.
3. Keeping track of all received data from imports and sales, Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare data for entry
4. Maintaining Spread sheets according to the templates provided and retrieving data from Microsoft AX
5. Preparing and sorting source documents and identifiers and interpreting data to be entered 
6. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation, check for inconsistencies or missing data, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
7. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents and compare data with source documents or re-enter data in verification to detect errors
