Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the hotels financial performance with substantial amount of revenue per year, examine operations cost and expenditure, performed data analysis, identify trends and reporting on any variance or issues 
  • Assist in the completion of all forecasts, annual operation, and capital budget to provide clear guidance for department to achieve targets 
  • Manage the month end closing process to ensure the completeness, timeliness and accuracy of all journals posting, and reviewing the journals, review of P&L variance and prepare commentary on expense variances in monthly reports 
  • Review the operations and ensure all procedure and documentation are in order for the following sub – sections, General Ledger, payable, receivable and cost control 
  • Involve in general hotel operations.

  • Overall supervision of the accounting function and staff.
