Accounts and Finance BREFONS/SIVAP/DRSLP

Working started as an internship which ended after three months then there was extension due to hard work and improvement made during the time having learned most accounting duties.

ROLES AT THE SIVAP AND BREFONS PROJECT

• Bookkeeping which included writing cash books and filing vouchers and imprest files.
• Preparingtrial balance.
• Invoicingof imprest paymentsand voucher payments.
• Processing paymentdocuments including paymentvouchers, journal vouchers, and writing acceptance letters.
• Writing imprest registers, imprest warrants and surrender vouchers for the project.
• Consultancy in computer tasks like excel.
• Attending to contractors to advise on the processof payment and documents required for processing.

• I was Teaching mathematics, Business and Chemistry during the time. Which included preparation and revision for national exams.
• Care group for advising students and creating an interactive environment for students and teachers. 
• Christian Union duties which involved teaching bible, offering encouragement among other duties. 
• I was Involved in sports such as football, volleyball and athletics.
