I have a 5 years experience in the customer service industry. The customer service department is wide and varies. I have been in the store, dealing with the customers one on one in restaurants, working with some online as a digital marketer, receiving and sending emails and calls, making announcements at the airport. I have a vast knowledge of dealing with clients from all aspects as as I have listed above. I am also ready to send in my resume for viewing with my referees listed.
