My most recent work experience was as a business development and underwriting manager at Optimus insurance agency in mombasa-Kenya. I worked with the team for over 1 year. My main responsibilities were managing existing insurance accounts, maintaining customer relations and growing the company’s business portfolio.  Before Optimus, I worked with Sanlam insurance company for more than 5 years where I undertook the role of a Care and Claims Officer. I worked together with the underwriting team for the medical department to manage existing accounts and to approve customer requests for medical insurance claims. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work well in fast-paced environments and to deliver exceptional results." Before Sanlam I worked as an account supervisor for the AIG insurance call center in nairobi. My main responsibilities were managing a team of about 14 call agents and to deliver daily performance reports. I surpassed the performance targets and was able to work for Sanlam for about 4 years. Before AIG, I also worked with KCB bank as a teller for about 4 years. My work experiences have collectively strengthened my passion for hard work and professionalism.

I attended university at Idaho State University where I studied BBIT in Computer Information Systems with a minor in General Business. I graduated with a 2.98/4.00 GPA. I also attended Krakow Polytechnic and achieved a certificate in technology and polish language. I completed my high school education with a B+ certificate in 1999.
