As a sales professional of 20 years selling throughout the East African region, I have been able to build skills that are necessary for successful career. As a sales manager for a FMCG entering the market I have been able to set up online and offline distribution channels and offered support to the appointed distributors that included logistics, project management,pricing, marketing, branding and selling. I also used data driven sales strategies that were used for sales management, distribution, territory management, personnel management and marketing. This made interdepartmental coordination simple and effective.

As a sales Manager I have good communication skill, personnel management skills, problem solving skills necessary for leadership and management of Sales Departments. I am experienced in setting up and monitoring Sales strategies that has seen me offer growth in Sales teams that I have lead.

I am an experienced Project manager experienced in setting, monitoring and supporting various activities and managing all Route to market departments.

I have experience in financial management and monitoring of P&L to have consistently provided a ROI figures within set parameters.
