I am an entry-level Cybersecurity and IT Support Specialist with hands-on training through Cisco Networking Academy and ISC2. My skills include system security, network troubleshooting, vulnerability assessment, and quality assurance testing. I have completed a technical attachment at KETRACO, where I gained practical experience supporting users, managing system configurations, and applying cybersecurity protocols. I’m seeking freelance or contract opportunities where I can contribute to secure, reliable IT systems while growing professionally in the tech space.

I’m a passionate and detail-oriented IT Support and Cybersecurity trainee with hands-on experience from my attachment at Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO). I’ve worked on system troubleshooting, user support, network maintenance, and implementing basic cybersecurity controls. I also hold a Cisco Junior Cybersecurity Analyst certification and am currently pursuing the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam. My skills span across IT support, system documentation, QA testing, and client onboarding.
