o   I was instrumental in the accreditation process which led to my school being fully certified by Cambridge International on the first try in the first year, in addition to being the Founding Head of International Department 

o   I set up and guided the International Department to FIRST Ranked bilingual school for Diversity of Curriculum and Instructional Performance within the first year of opening

o   I helped raise the enrollment from under 100 students the first year to over 700 by the beginning of the second year

o   I devised and incorporated 2 additions to the curriculum being taught within the International Department (both fully in line with Chinese, International, and IGCSE standards), which have shown to have a significant improvement with student scores on comprehension and usage

o   I have led teacher training for issues related to Inclusion and SEN

o   I have implemented school wide reading initiatives

o   I have led training on Spectrum Disorders (how to identify them and address them in a learning environment)

o   I have led training on Western Style Teaching and Interaction Methods for use within the classroom for local teachers

o   I have implemented measures and initiatives to instill and develop resourcefulness, independence, and personal accountability within the student body

o   I have ‘home country’ and International teaching experience, (varying from very poor government schools, to high-profile private international schools)
