As an experienced executive with over 45 years of expertise in technical development, project management, and leadership, I aim to leverage my skills to drive innovation, achieve strategic goals, and positively impact society. With a proven track record across multiple technological domains, including strategic planning, software, and hardware development, program implementation, change management, and team building, I have consistently delivered exceptional results while effectively leading and managing teams. I am passionate about utilizing my executive experience to help organizations navigate the rapidly changing technological landscape and drive positive change. Experience
Teiji Kimball has spent his life trying to make a positive difference in the lives of others. His career spanned over forty-five years in technology, beginning with the first personal computers; software and hardware development; network design and implementation; and consulting. As an IBM employee, he helped design and develop seven patentable technologies in cable modems, network load balancing, and routers. In addition, he led three research facilities in developing event-driven business intelligence systems for the Global Financial Services sector. He is working on new research and development to utilize technology to overcome the basic human physiological and safety needs as defined by Abraham Maslow.
As a technology and business leader, he has worked with some of the most prestigious companies, researchers, and executives on six continents. He recently left a mobile technology company as the Chief Technology Officer to pursue his dream and passion of preparing people to engage and change their futures with a "Pay it Forward" attitude.
He is the Founder and Leader of PHIRST Labs and PHIRST Labs Academy, which was established for applied research and development for technological solutions for the betterment of humanity.
