• Often called on to care for long-term clients and establish friendly rapport.
• Maintained daily log of all client activities and turned that log in to a supervisor at the end of the week.
• Performed minor physical therapy exercises with patients utilizing explicit instructions from certified therapists.
• Regularly checked in on clients on my time off to make sure that all was well.
• Submitted expense reports and materials requisitions at the end of each week.
