- Marketing the Organizations services such as Driving School trainings, Towing and Recovery, Touring and Licensing, Vehicle valuation and Insurance
- Processing sales/service receipts, proforma invoices and invoices for the customers
- Offering guidance to customers on new products and promotions
- Ensuring timely delivery of licenses to the clients
- Manning the front office when requested to do so

- Retaining all the existing AA customers as well recruiting new ones by engaging them via emails and SMS.
- Issuing of the International Driving Permit and Carnet de passage for the motorists going out of the country.
