Among the roles I have handled include; Managing Jambojet Call Centers, Plan and implement the overall Call center strategies to ensure that the business goals are met, Handling customer complaints, Hiring and onboarding new call center employees together with the human resources department. Creating call Centre agents work schedules, conducting performance evaluations on both sales and call quality, preparing monthly reports among others.
