Experience

I have worked as a branch Manager at Java House Africa, front house representative at Ole sereni Hotel amongst others.

My roles include the below;

  • Solving guests problems real time
  • Welcoming guests
  • Ensuring guests feel home away from home
  • Hold staff briefings
  • ensure Mis en place are done in time
  • Do pre-auth to guests checking in the hotel
  • assigning guests rooms
