• Assist the head teacher in the administration of the schoolby having directoversight of the classes, curriculum, and quality of academic programmes.
• Supervise junior teachers in the implementation of goals and objectives, which include ensuring students’holistic wellbeing, orientation and retention strategies, developing and maintaining school culture and decorum, student development and service, and liaisonfunction.
• Responsible for the quality of academic programmes and their compliance with prescribed standards internally and accrediting and professional bodies locally and externally, where applicable.

• Designing and providing lessonsand learning opportunities that are engaging.
