I am an Event Planning Manager with a track record of successfully
planning and executing small to significant events from beginning to
end while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. 
Similarly, I am a Chef at heart who is enthusiastic about everything
the culinary world has to offer–I have honed my Culinary Skills
through training as a Sushi Chef, Hot & Cold Kitchen Chef, and
Baker, coupled with over 7 years of experience working in a variety
of hotels and restaurants both locally and internationally.
As a Catering Manager, I specialize in outside catering (bespoke
events and private parties), having ventured into catering and
opening 4 restaurants. I also make and supply pastries and custom
cakes for any occasion, from small intimate dinners to large
festivals. 
My objective has always been to make your occasion memorable,
simple, and beautiful. I may be found touring new areas and
observing a wide range of ingredients while keeping an eye on the
current trends and techniques, allowing me to produce one-of-a-
kind masterpieces that are not only elegantly presented but also
delicious.
