Led German team in developing and executing recruitment strategies to support business objectives for the German entity:

• Point of contact in regard to all legal, regulatory requirements, and tax matters
• Manage the full cycle of the recruitment team, from processes for all positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and sign-offs.
• Implement recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment programs and improve hiring outcomes.
