Responsibilities: 

 

    Material Receipt, Handling & Warehousing
  • Audit and verify compliance of materials used directly or indirectly in the manufacture of company products
  • Ensure CAPAs are done on time in case of material non-conformances and communication done to supplier
  • Verification and audit of records conditions of dispatch trucks to ensure they meet GMP requirements before loading
  • Periodic audits of material storage conditions
Process Monitoring
  • Periodic Audits production process to ensure compliance to formulations and SOPs, arrest, document gaps and advise for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Pre-cleaning of the grain during receipt prior to storage.
  • Ensuring that grains are properly stored in both silo and warehouse.
  • Cleaning of the grain during milling process together with monitoring of dampening process for efficient milling process and recommended moisture content of the final product (flour).
  • Carrying out grain milling process, converting grains into flour and transferring the flour into the flour holding tanks.
  • Monitoring all the machines functions and setting of both pneumatic and aspiration ducts to ensure that high quality flour is product at a good extraction rate.

  • Supervise and direct quality assurance and controllers who are responsible for enforcingGood Manufacturing and HACCP Practices andother quality-related policiesin order to meet product quality standards.
  • Review Production Batch Recordsand other manufacturing-related documentsto verify compliance and recordkeeping for all mandatedmanufacturing processes, quality checks, testing,sampling, and sanitation activities.
