I analyze complex social and political issues. My background equips me with a deeper understanding of how societal structures and gender dynamics influence global relations and policy-making. In my role, I conduct research to inform policy recommendations, focusing on the intersectionality of gender and international relations. I analyze data and trends to help shape programs that promote equality and social justice. Additionally, I engage in advocacy efforts, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to raise awareness about critical issues such as human rights, gender equity, and sustainable development.I also facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate colleagues and community members about the importance of inclusivity and representation in decision-making processes. By fostering dialogue on these topics, I aim to create a more informed and engaged community.

Experience

Throughout my studies, I developed a strong foundation in understanding the complexities of global politics and social structures. I engaged in critical analyses of how gender influences political dynamics and international relations, which deepened my commitment to advocating for social justice.

I have done internships with non-profit organizations like (Action Against Hunger ) that have allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in real-world contexts. I conducted research on gender-based policies and contributed to initiatives aimed at promoting equality. Collaborating with diverse teams, I honed my communication and analytical skills while working on projects that addressed pressing social issues.

Additionally, I participate in community outreach programs where I facilitate discussions on gender equity and human rights. These experiences reinforced my belief in the power of education and dialogue to drive change.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyatta University, majoring in political science, international relations, sociology, and gender studies. I also have a certificate in leadership skills from Kenyatta University.
