 I am Stephen nyambane maronga ,age 46 a very proactive and result oriented person with wide experience in sales and marketing industry.Any opportunity presented is of great interest to me, and I believe my strong sales and marketing experience will make me a very competitive candidate any position. My key strengths that I possess for the success in this position include: * I have successfully planned, developed and executed different sales plans e.g. market activations, Bar and Restaurant activations,Market Impact Trainings (MIT), brand developments. * I have provided exceptional contribution to customer service and satisfaction in regard to consumer responses. * I strive for continued and consistent excellence in any challenges given to achieve. * I manage to work under extreme pressure if any to fulfill the demands bestowed on me through meeting deadlines and delegating duties proactively I hold a Bachelors Degree (BA} from The University of Eastern Africa Baraton and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from the Institute of Chartered Management {ICM}. . I have worked for Coca Cola, Kisii Bottlers as a merchandiser, Sales Representative and later as an Area Sales Manager in various areas where I was in charge of over 100 sales staff members. In this period I was able to formulate key performance indicators in guiding the team to meet sales targets and growing market share. During this period, I was able to motivate and transform the team to be efficient and result oriented. I have recently been the Regional sales manager multichoice Kenya South Rift region( Nakuru,Bmet,Narok,Naivasha)My key driver has been channel management and excellent execution. Given an opportunity, I will strive to meet set out targets and formulate polices that will guide the company in overall sales growth. I shall foster both customer and company relations to produce sales volumes, revenue growth. 

Experience

 

hold a Bachelors Degree (BA} from The University of Eastern Africa Baraton and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from the Institute of Chartered Management {ICM}... I have worked for Coca Cola, Kisii Bottlers for over 9 years as a merchandiser, Sales Representative and later as an Area Sales Manager in various areas where I was in charge of over 25 sales staff members. In this period I was able to formulate key performance indicators in guiding the team to meet sales targets and growing market share. During this period, I was able to motivate and transform the team to be efficient and result oriented. Currently Iam thr regional sales manager multichoice Kenya ltd indirect trade South Rift region.My key driver has been channel management and excellent execution.
