→Posting of data entry using SAP eg. parking invoices, creating service entry sheets, etc. Carrying out an evaluation of quotations.

→Forwarding of local purchase orders with their invoices and goods receipts notes (GRNs) or SES to the costing department

→Preparing and customizing quotation/tender documents.

→Professional handling of external customers.
