I have over 3 years of experience in a professional office executive assistant position. I have a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments and I skillfully manage administrative duties & client relations for my colleagues As an Executive Assistant , I ensure the smooth operation of the firm with my robust knowledge of office management and efficient handling of client inquiries, consultations, and timely access to CEO as required. I also provide support to the CEO in fulfilling their ongoing professional development, training workshops, and seminar presentations. During my free time I am an active member in my community and I volunteer at the St Andrews Church as a Community Outreach Worker.

  • Prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. 
  • Acting as a liaison and providing support to the CEO.-Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of the Board Secretary. Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding Board matters.
  •  Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports. 
  •  Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
