Stanley Karuri

 I am MBA-Finance final year at Kenyatta University, Bachelor of commerce-finance option holder from KCA University and am qualified Certified Public Accountant Kenya (CPA K). I have over fifteen years extensive and progressive experience in accountancy, Am currently working as Finance Manager at Britania Food Limited and I was working as Management Accountant at Uplands Premier Dairies and Food Ltd. Prior to this I worked as Senior Accountant at Premier Food Industries Ltd. And Allfruit EPZ Limited (Export Processing Zone) as an Accountant. Before then, I worked with Mwendo Supermarket, As an Accounts Assistant. 

Duties:

• Develop budgets and financial plans for company in liaison with the Administrator and monitor the same.
• Create monthly and annual management reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
• Supervise and manage finance department staff, including accountants and account assistants.
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, and payroll system.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed manually and soft.
• Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
• Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
• Create tight internal systems and checks to prevent errors in data collection and posting.
• Production yield analysis against material consumption.
• Ensuring inventories are tallying between the physical and system warehouses.
