I am now a Projects or Thesis Supervisor for Master's Students. I am also a vocational and technical trainer in commerce, Employee Relations, and HRM, serving as a lecturer. I have successfully and strategically implemented Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) standards (100% zero fire accidents) and policies across the entire operations of businesses within the framework of relevant legislation and regulations governing diverse industries. I have professionally offered Consultancy Services, undertaken Research, Lectured or Taught and managed well.

My extensive industrial experience as Administration or Operations Manager for 18 years has seen me gain cross cultural skills which I am seeking to leverage and join your team. I have also had teaching, lecturer and Masters Students projects supervision experience of 6 years, 4 months. This is in addition to 6 years consultancy experience.
