I am a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Project Planning and Management, bringing over four years of experience as a Community Project Officer. In this role, I have actively engaged with communities to understand their needs and implemented projects aligned with donor requirements. Additionally, I have experience as an Administrative Assistant, providing organizational and operational support to ensure smooth project execution.

Simon Sapuki is a dynamic and results-driven Project Officer with extensive experience in community development, project planning, and administration. He currently serves as a Community Project Officer at Mugie Conservancy, where he develops and implements community-focused projects, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and leads monitoring and evaluation initiatives. He has successfully mobilized resources, built capacity, and advocated for sustainable solutions in diverse settings. Previously, he worked as a Research and Data Intern at Kenya Utalii College, where he contributed to data analysis, report writing, and tool development, and as an Attaché at the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), handling front office operations and client services.
