Duties and Responsibilities
 Managing the branch team and target tracking.
 Staff appraisal through key performance indicators (KPIs).
 Branch loan appraisal, processing and disbursement as per the branch limit.
 Branch loan book growth.
 Preparation and presentation of branch report.
 Product review and development.
 Marketing and proper communication to existing and potential customers on 
company’s products.
 Ensuring compliance with governing bodies i.e. SASRA
Achievement
 Managed to lead the branch in increasing the loan book by 85% of the set target.
