  • Oversee the supervision and coordination of the Plant Safety & Health compliance programs (Employee Safety, Contractor Safety, Emergency Response & Preparedness, Safety & Health Audits, Medical examinations etc)
  • Ensure every department in the Plant complies with the HSE policies

Key Accomplishments

  1. Established a monthly Company Safety & Health Newsletter highlighting important on-the-job safety statistics, health trends and tips for employees as well as significant safety incidents occurring in sister affiliate companies.
  2. Developed and implemented a New Employee Safety Orientation Program which significantly reduced the on-the-job accidents for new employees (mostly casuals).
  3. Closed out potentially significant lawsuits involving permanent and casual employees by introducing mandatory compliance to job safety and health analysis (JSHA) training and documentation.

Achievements:

  • Was the pioneer Research Executive and benchmarked the role;
  • Contributed to the transformation program of Sarova Hotels’ service levels dubbed ‘Masaa’ to rivalthe best in theindustry by conducting market surveys to understand consumer drives & attitudes on the hotel products and services... and thereafter…
  • Cascaded the customer feedback down to the lower and middle cadre staff through training.
  • Adopted and reinforced the Mystery Shopper Program to help achieveconsistency

in customer service levels for thehotel chain with a viewto customer retention.
