I am an accomplished business leader in the information systems technology space, with professional experience in business development, Technical Sales, and Project Management. My most current engagement is with Symphony Technologies Limited, a systems integration company, where I have worked for the past 13 years as a head of business development for technical services and regional technical services head, working with key enterprise customers within the East African market. With over 20 years as a technical and pre-sales professional, I have skills and experience in Technical, strategic selling, customer relationship technical sales, business development, customer relations, account management, and last but not least, project management. My experience is backed up by strong educational background in which I have acquired a Bachelor of Business in Information Technology (BBIT) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems. I have also acquired various professional certifications and training in Data Centre Unified Computing, Data Centre Networking solutions sales, business analytics, Cybersecurity technical, Cloud Computing, and Software as a Service among others.
