Am a procurement and contract management graduate who is eager to learn and get career off a positive start. During my academic studies I learned the importance of working timescales, collaborating with other people to achieve an objective and ensuring I demonstrated excellent attention to detail in all my work and am also a quick learner who thrives in fast paced dynamic environments.

ATTACHMENT – (September 2021-November 2021)

• Provided responsive customer service to clients regarding membership enquiries, handling complains, and producing member statement to clients.
• Issuing of store items as per the requisition form.
• Receipting of goods from the supplier and confirming if the goods supplied conform with the specification.
• Weekly stock take of store items to check if they tally according to the stock control card.
• Determining re-order level of the stock items.
• Dispatching of official letters to managing trustee, regional managers and employers and recording the letters in their respective delivery register.

▪ Internship – (May 2018 – August 2018)

I worked as an intern at Embakasi warehouse and during this period I participated in;

● Ensuring proper records management through development of a records management manual.

● Scanning by use of hands.

● Updating proof of delivery.

● Transfer of product from warehouse to distribution.

● Carrying cycle counts.

● Verification of product to be dispatched.

● Involved in activities such as receipt and documentation of tender sample, tender opening and purchase order preparation and processing, inventory management, evaluation of tenders and process

import permit.

● Registration of  invoices for payments.
