I am a multi-skilled professional with extensive experience who excels in accounting, administration, and project management coupled with business administration expertise. I endeavor to work in a dynamic organization that utilizes my skills and experience gained in the accounting/administrative fields. I am willing to think outside the box and have gained significant experience in the corporate space; hence I work well with people and exude a work ethic through experience. I am willing to acquire new skills, be integrated, and will maximize every minute to grow. Given my expertise in juggling accounting and administrative roles, I am looking to work within diverse organization set-ups where I can leverage my experience in meeting company objectives.

  • Accounting: Experienced in handling financial transactions and reconciling accounts in accounting software to generate financial statements and deliver presentations reporting financial performance for senior leadership.
  • Administrative Skills: Effective in performing administrative duties, which include; maintaining the office diary, managing budgetary office expenses, organizing meetings, handling documentation, and managing travel itineraries.
  • Data Entry skills: Proficient in processing data with a long track record of delivering effective results through fast typing, filing, computer processing, attention to detail, etc., and fine-tuning them to produce better results. 
  • Project Management Skills: An expert in recording project details such as task progress, resources costs, and allotted budgets to analyze performance, generate performance reports for key leaders, and implement corrective measures 
  • Planning, Accuracy, and Organizing:  Able to maintain advanced planning and organizational skills that balance work, team support, and ad-hoc responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication skills: I possess good interpersonal and intercultural communication  also fluent in speaking English and Swahili(both verbal and non-verbal).
  • Team player: Highly skilled with working with fellow employees to meet company objectives.
  • ICT Competencies: Good command in navigating M.S. Office; Introduction to computer and Windows, Ms Wrd, M.S. Excel, QuickBooks, Ms. Access, MS PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
  • Customer service: Experienced in ensuring quality delivery of services to customers through establishing missing links, providing solutions, and giving prompt and effective customer feedback.
