I am a Virtual Assistant with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. I have worked Full time as Admin for over 8years and worked remotely for 2years. My background is in customer care, Personal Assistance, Executive Assistant and corporate services. I am passionate about Data Entry, Finance, Calendar Management, Event Planning, Diary keeping, Travel Planning and Project Management. 

Experience

I am an adaptable, passionate and responsible administrative professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business studies. I have over Eight years of work experience in various roles, such as corporate services specialist, administrative assistant-team leader, receptionist, customer care and Personal Assistant. I have demonstrated skills in Diary management, meeting coordination, Project supervision, record keeping, Expense management, customer service and conflict resolution. I have also earned promotions and recognition for outstanding performance and initiative. I am fluent in English and Luganda, and have good knowledge of French and Kinyarwanda.

Education

My most relevant education is my Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business studies from the Independent University of Kigali in Rwanda. I completed this Degree from May 2013 to November 2016. This education has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle Financial and Business-related tasks in various settings.
