Throughout my career, I have managed customer queries to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by working in a Market Research Call center making outbound interviews, I have more than 5 years’ experience working as a Team leader, offering timely and optimal solutions to my team. I’ve been able to do this by responding timely to my team’s queries in relations to the respondents we are tackling and building and maintaining productive customer relationships hence building trust as well as ensuring our client's satisfaction. I am a goal and results orientated team player who is reliable, punctual, and experienced in collecting data or information using the NIPO CATI Client tool, and Web Manager. My strongest asset is effective and clear communication and language literacy (fluency in English and Kiswahili), leadership, and computer application abilities have been greatly polished
