Legal Research: Conduct research to gather relevant laws, regulations, cases, and precedents that are pertinent to a case. This research helps attorneys build their arguments and make informed decisions.

Drafting Legal Documents: Preparing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence. Paralegals ensure that these documents are accurate and comply with legal requirements.

Case Management: Organizing and managing case files, maintaining documents, and tracking deadlines and court dates. This includes calendaring important events and ensuring that all necessary documents are filed on time.

Client Communication: Interacting with clients to gather information, provide updates on case progress, and relay messages between attorneys and clients. Paralegals often serve as a point of contact for clients.

Interviewing Witnesses: Conducting interviews with witnesses, clients, and others involved in a case to collect information and statements that can be used in legal proceedings.
