RESPONSIBILITIES,

• Transfer Manifest/Safari Chart preparation.
• Allocation of transfers/Safari to driver.
• Ensure timely pick-ups are done.
• Imprest requisition.
• Preparation of Vehicle Utilization/Fleet movement and Fleet cost summery reports.
• Supervision of All drivers,
• Ensuring that all Vehicles are of both mechanical and electrical good.
• Periodic inspection to both in-house and supplier vehicles,
• Counter checking of supplier invoice and preparation of payment.
• Reporting on all accidents/dent/scratches on all in-house vehicles,
• Keeping records of all expiries of licenses both for drivers and vehicles.
• Preparation of documents for renewal for expired licenses for vehicles
• Fueling 
• Providing working solution for efficient running of transport department.
