I am currently working in an Asset Fintech Company as Backoffice Supervisor with upto 4years and 5months experience. I have gained skills in Content Creation for digital platforms , Database Management, Leadership & Team Management, Event Management, Client Onboarding, Credit Administration, Performance Management, Reporting, Capacity Building, Payment Processing and Examination Process. In the course of my career, I demonstrated my ability to Lead and organize the back-office team’s daily work to ensure the provision of excellent services to the organization’s clients; Oversaw new Projects for emerging markets – Transition from old system(manual) to OBS (Onboarding system) for Tanzania and Uganda; and Assisted in building staff capability within the division to ensure performance targets are met whilst continually maintaining all risk, quality, regulatory and procedural standards

All institutions require that every action or business transaction is documented.
The people who document these actions and transactions are technical and professional communicators.
The communication is done in different forms including written, visual, oral, or electronic.
