I am currently working in an Asset Fintech Company as Backoffice Supervisor with upto 4years and 5months experience. I have gained skills in Content Creation for digital platforms , Database Management, Leadership & Team Management, Event Management, Client Onboarding, Credit Administration, Performance Management, Reporting, Capacity Building, Payment Processing and Examination Process. In the course of my career, I demonstrated my ability to Lead and organize the back-office team’s daily work to ensure the provision of excellent services to the organization’s clients; Oversaw new Projects for emerging markets – Transition from old system(manual) to OBS (Onboarding system) for Tanzania and Uganda; and Assisted in building staff capability within the division to ensure performance targets are met whilst continually maintaining all risk, quality, regulatory and procedural standards
