I am an established customer service Executive| International Relations Specialist with over three (3) years’ experience working at various capacities.

 Hold a Bachelor of Arts with Information Technology (majored in linguistics and international relations).

 Possesses solid groundings in addressing customer needs, ensuring they have a positive experience, building strong customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, managing organization’s stakeholders and increasing customer engagement.

As a customer service representative I have been able to do the following:

∙ Promptly answers, screens, and processes medical service requests and telephone inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality agreements and policies and procedures. I

 ∙ Collects and enters patient intake information into the appropriate medical service software system to initiate the transaction. 

∙ Effectively instructs and educates families and visitors on logistics of hospital procedures in accordance with policy. 

∙ Deal with customers face to face, over the phone and via email.

 ∙ Handle customer feedback, concerns and complaints, deal with emergencies in a professional manner.
