I am a teacher by profession and apart from creating and management of various partnerships, i have been involved in financial literacy in various schools, Government institutions and private companies throughout the country.

Am currently working in the Credit Department as a Relationship Manager Retail Banking (Assets) at Gulf African Bank. My major role is to look for partnership and come up with Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) with various companies and create and maintain a rapport.

I have work experience of over thirteen years in the banking industry and have acquired a vast experience both in personal, business and home loans management. I have also been providing training, couching and motivating various credit officers from the branches.

I have participated in carrying out a research on the financial market to investigate on the banks’ lending matrix so that we can make a conclusion on the way forward on matters concerning market segmentation, product development, interest, application fees and many other issues that affect customer service

In December 2012, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) – specializing in Human Resources Management besides having considerable proficiency in computer packages such as ms word, excel, power point among others
