I am a self-motivated individual, a good team-player who is willing to work overtime at short notice, able to work in shifts. I have a meticulous and with efficient work ethics and attention to detail with the qualities of honesty, integrity, adaptability, communication skills and flexibility.

Having worked as administrative assistant in private school, and also as a procurement officer in a private nursing home am candid to be the best in this five key areas and present I work in a busy Warehouse dealing with operations that require a competent individual to execute, all this for 8years I strongly believe to have gained a lot of experience in the field. Knowledgeable and experienced in dovetail software, SAP, SAP S4 HANA, Accellos, EDRMs, and a highly advanced user in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) as well as Adobe Professional.

When required, capable of publicly representing company interests passionately and professionally.

Effectively able to build rapport, establish, and maintain key relationships with management, peers, and clients (Client Relationship Management skills).

• WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS/SAP S4 HANA SYSTEM ADMNISTRATOR 
• Ensure GRN is completed and TIMELY update in SAP S4 HANA system without postponement, and ensuring that the inbounded SKU is accurately mapped to the correct location physically and system wise. (Bins matches SAP S4 HANA system
• Ensure Delivery Note is completed and TIMELY update in SAP S4 HANA system without postponement, and ensuring that Order is transacted as per the SAP system.
• Ensure all warehouse processes are fully automated through the system
• Ensure SAP KPIs are developed and start measuring.
• Identifying area of improvements and develop corrective measures to achieve project Objective
• Ensure support for the operations on the system side and being the link between project consultants and the warehouse team.
• Ensure warehouse team are well trained on the project and development of users.
• Identifying area of improvements on the project, coming up with controls.
