During my studies, I learned the importance of being disciplined, completing my work on time and to a high standard. Outside of my work I keep fit and active through taking part in highly competitive and high risk sports. I have a passion for self-development through reading non-fiction books and studying online training courses. Runs a personal sales business within Matuu Town in Machakos County. This involves collecting and selling of vegetables and fruits. This is a part time business.

- Take instructions from clients;

              - Evaluating clients' health needs

              - Discussing nutrition and eating habits with clients

              - Developing educational resources for clients

              - Determining the best nutrition plan for each client

              - Adjusting plans as needed

              - Monitoring clients' progress

              - Helping clients manage disease (such as diabetes) through nutrition
