Currently serving as an IT Manager at Techance Limited since March 2020, I oversee a wide range of responsibilities. This includes meticulous planning, continuous monitoring, budget management, and efficient personnel leadership within the IT department. I collaborate closely with business stakeholders to pinpoint and capitalize on valuable business intelligence opportunities while diligently managing IT and cybersecurity risks. My role also involves the management of vendor relationships, ensuring transparent IT performance through accurate dashboards, and maintaining top-notch equipment quality.

During my tenure as an ICT System Administrator at Asian Weekly from February 2019 to February 2020, I meticulously managed the company's network, ensuring robust security. I also supervised data storage, expertly configured system applications, and closely monitored system performance, maintaining it at peak efficiency. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in maintaining and enforcing website standards.

My experience extends to Abis Software GmbH, where I served as a Junior Software Developer from July to October 2018 in Austria. In this capacity, I skillfully implemented user interactive capabilities in C#, contributed to C/C++ applications in C#.NET, and provided invaluable support within a German-speaking environment.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, a prominent institution in Nairobi, Kenya, where I completed my studies from August 2013 to April 2018. This educational background has provided me with a strong foundation in IT principles and practices.

Additionally, I obtained the International Computer Driving License from Multimedia University in Nairobi, Kenya, during the period of May 2013 to October 2013. This certification attests to my proficiency in essential computer skills, further enhancing my qualifications in the IT field.
