My past responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities and contract documents; pricing bills of quantities; reporting costs; developing project programs of works; creating scheme designs for MEP layouts; conducting site measurements for contractors; preparing interim valuations; managing projects and sites with survey works as well as soil mechanics works among other roles that involve concrete works.
