An ambitious, goal oriented and a go getter, competent in her work with vast knowledge and experience both in the business and IT world, with over 4 years experience working with different companies. Am passionate about delivering quality services,  customer satisfaction and ensuring high performance work. Got excellent computer skills, proficient in use of MS Office and any computer applications, networking and solving computer related issues. 

I've worked with various organizations my recent one being the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation. Here I worked as an ICT officer in the ICT department where my main role was providing ICT support to the various departments. These include: Sorting out networking issues, software installation, solving hardware problems, setting up of online and hybrid meetings, dealing with printer issues and training of attachees.

My most relevant education is my university degree, a bachelor's in Business and Information Technology(BBIT) which I pursued in Multimedia University of Kenya. This has helped me acquire a lot of  knowledge and skills I have today, and has opened many learning opportunities through attachment and internships opportunities which have  been a great stepping stone in my career.
