Key Accomplishments: 

• Developed and executed communication strategy to prepare the foundation to respond to mental health care reform, including a large scale internal campaign to ensure employees are informed & involved as well as external strategy to prepare for issues in the media and other public forums, subsequently developed and led a mental health care reform communications committee – a cross functional group of leaders responsible for creating a communication roadmap that integrated all audiences – agents, customers, employees, investors, media – and delivering value-added communication to each stakeholder group. 
• Led message development strategy for high stakes, high-profile executive presentation to Board of Directors, the investor community and financial rating agents. 
• Led the development of a new community giving strategy and implemented a best practice process for grant making, sponsorships, board placement, workplace mental health campaign and employee volunteerism. 
• Launched Annual Report- a people focused publication designed to supplement the financial annual report by offering special recognition to the accomplishment of community leaders.
• Developed a foundation-driven annual communication planning process, rooted in proactive and critical assessment of media landscape, regulatory environment, reputational and priority foundation messages. 
• Developed and executed communication programs to support critical foundation decisions and major partnerships. 
• Led the team of communication and meeting professionals to deliver creative and informative foundation promotional campaigns, executive presentations, collateral materials, videos, and social media channels.
• Led the first round of fundraising in 2019 where we raised KES 10M to run Mental Health program targeting sexually abused & abandoned teenagers 
• Led the second round of fundraising in 2020 where we raised KES 57M to run Mental Health program targeting People With Disability.
