Rose Njambi

A graduate member of Kenya Institute of Planners (KIP), with land use planning and urban and regional planning skills. A registered associate member of NEEMA with Environmental Impact Assessment skills. A trained and Certified occupational safety person. I have attained experience in certain areas such as; Planning, Environmental Impact assessment, health and Safety, Cadastral survey, Project management. My career objective is to continuously grow and develop in being a trusted professional in my expertise fields.

Following up on approvals of ongoing project for example processing of mutations, PPA2, liaisons with approving officers. 

Acquiring data needed e.g. maps for preparations of field works. 

Providing strategic and long-range planning for the programming, design, development and disposition of properties and facilities including building, infrastructure and landscape projects. 

Collecting and analyzing planning data to develop planning policies and procedures, project planning, design and program guidelines. 

Preparing planning briefs and EIA reports 

Participating in the stakeholders meeting and offering guidance when it comes to detailed plans
