Hello There,

When it comes to organizations, I prefer a place where I can interact with as many people as possible. This is because I believe that we work best when we work in a team. As such, I find myself seeking positions that involve people e.g. Partnerships or Customer Service Management.

In my previous works, I recently completed my contract as a Partnerships and Customer Success Lead at an international company called Thundafund, which deals with raising funds for entrepreneurs and creatives. During my time there, I led the team in organizing events for SMEs both for training and for awards. During the awards, we were able to raise Ksh 3.7 million. Moreover, I was able to acquire 5 partners for the company, who have been instrumental in acquiring a fresh pool of customers. In addition, I designed various training guides and training materials for the customers on top of being a lead trainer in these sessions.

As such, I must say, I wear these accolades as a crown. I am passionate about my work and always endeavor to do the best in my capacity, learn extravagantly, and be a team player. I believe in making leaders everywhere I go and as such, it becomes paramount for me to bring out the best in everyone else. This is what guides me.

Having studied in both Hospitality with Chuka University and Revenue Management with HubSpot, I am inclined to check how customer service can improve revenue for any company.
