I have been working as a Customer Service Representative at Better Bargains from June 2023 to February 2025, where I gained hands-on experience in providing exceptional customer support. During this period, I handled a wide range of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat. I was responsible for resolving issues efficiently, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
In addition to my strong communication and problem-solving skills, I maintained high customer satisfaction ratings by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. My role involved tracking orders, and ensure follow-up on unresolved issues. I also collaborated with team members to improve overall service delivery and streamline customer service processes.
This experience has strengthened my ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results that enhance the customer experience.

I pursued a Diploma in Film and Theatre Arts at Kenyatta University from September 2022 to April 2024, with an expected graduation date of December 14, 2024. Throughout my studies, I developed a strong foundation in communication, creative problem-solving, and project management, which are valuable skills for customer service roles.
