 Providing ongoing support when users report a problem 
 Due to new installation or upgrade program we explain and demonstrate 
new features to users and provide brief training to ensure a successful 
deployment 
 Providing support remotely by working on a help desk.  
 Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems by using diagnosing 
tools to identify the problem and repair or replace any failed components 
   Recovering and restoring lost data 
 Diagnosing and re-establish internet connectivity
