Robert Payangdo

I am Engr. Robert K. Payangdo, a Filipino citizen and currently in Somalia for the development of the security infrastructure of the Somali Police Force. I am working as a Construction Project manager at VALAR Frontier Solutions under the U.S. Department of State program.

My current employment with Valar is reaching the completion of the construction projects and the end of the program. I am actively looking for a new opportunity in the Civil Engineering and Construction industry.

Professional Civil Engineer with 13 years of experience in construction industries and have been employed by leading international contractors.

With exposure to government projects (local and abroad) which include but are not limited to the construction of a nuclear power plant, buildings, roads, bridges, mixed-use projects, and operation of a concrete batching plant.

Implement civil, structural, and architectural works in accordance with project requirements, specifications, international codes & standards, contracts, and other provisions.

I have completed a 5-year Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at Saint Louis University in the Philippines in March of 2006 and passed the Civil Engineer licensure examination in May of 2007.
