A Certified and renowned MEAL expert in the field of monitoring and evaluation (M&E). My work has been instrumental in helping Local Government organizations to track their progress, measure their impact, and make evidence-based decisions. Papa has applied various M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies in County governments and made presentations around the world. He has also conducted numerous M&E training sessions for professionals and practitioners to improve their skills and knowledge. Papa's contributions to the field of M&E have greatly enhanced the accountability and effectiveness of development programs and initiatives, ultimately leading to improved outcomes for beneficiaries.

I have a masters and Currently pursuing a PhD in Project Management  majoring in Monitoring and Evaluation.
