·        Bookkeeping:

o   Maintain debtor’s book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and latest

o   Contact debtors and implement repayment schedules and terms.

o   Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information.

·        Debt Collection:

o   Follow legal requirements during debt collections to avoid legal issues.

o   Close a specific number of collections accounts each month to meet assigned target.

o   Collect outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection target to ensure positive cash flow.

o   Preparation of accurate reports on status of Loans ▪

o   Ensure that all loans are repaid as per the schedule.

o   Communicate to the members of their loan arrears position.

o   Liaising with Branch Credit Officer to enhance the Society PAR.

o   Preparation of accurate managerial progress reports on status of Loans
