I served as a Front Desk Intern at Janwans Tour Agency in Nakuru, Kenya, from November 2021 to February 2022, providing customer service, managing travel arrangements, and assisting with administrative tasks.

I also interned at the Nairobi National Museum from March to June 2023, where I helped with client bookings, event planning, research, and educational programs related to cultural and environmental conservation. These experiences have enhanced my skills in customer service, administration, research, and event coordination.

I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tours Operations Management at Moi University in Eldoret, Kenya. During my studies, I engaged in coursework covering crucial aspects of the travel and tourism industry, including international tourism management, operations management in the travel sector, sustainable tourism development, cross-cultural communication, and destination marketing and management. This curriculum equipped me with essential knowledge and skills for effectively managing and promoting travel services, emphasizing sustainability and cross-cultural communication, making me well-prepared for diverse roles in the travel and tourism industry.
